1. Acceptance and service provider
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and AristiDevs (Aris Guimera), the developer and operator of GrandFolio. You can contact the provider at aris.guimera@gmail.com.
By downloading, accessing, or using GrandFolio, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use GrandFolio on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. The GrandFolio service
GrandFolio is an independent One Piece Card Game collection companion. It provides collection and set tracking, on-device card scanning, decks and wishlists, third-party market context, price alerts, and tools for comparing or sharing trades.
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, adapt to third-party services, or improve the product. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice before a material change that significantly reduces a paid feature. We do not promise that every feature or card record will always remain available.
3. License to use the app
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use GrandFolio for lawful personal use, subject to these terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it.
For iOS, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app license unless a custom EULA is presented in App Store Connect. These service terms supplement that EULA. Mandatory App Store or Google Play terms prevail where they cannot lawfully be varied.
4. Accounts and security
You may use local guest features or create an account with email, Apple, or Google. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials and devices secure, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.
You may request account deletion using the process in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your GrandFolio account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the relevant store.
Account deletion instructions5. Grand Line Pass subscriptions
Grand Line Pass is an auto-renewable subscription. The price, billing period, trial or introductory offer, included benefits, and any region-specific conditions are displayed before purchase in the App Store or Google Play and form part of your purchase terms.
Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase and at the start of each renewal period. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before the renewal. Uninstalling GrandFolio or deleting its account does not stop store billing.
After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds, billing disputes, and withdrawal rights are handled under the applicable store policies and mandatory law. Restoring a purchase may require using the same store account. We may change subscription benefits or prices with the notice and store approval required by applicable law; you can cancel if you do not accept a future renewal.
6. Market prices and third-party data
Price information comes from third-party sources such as Cardmarket and TCGplayer. It is provided for general informational and collection-management purposes only. Data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate, and may not match an actual sale after condition, language, location, taxes, fees, shipping, liquidity, or demand are considered.
GrandFolio does not provide financial, investment, tax, grading, appraisal, or trading advice and does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, liquidity, or value of any card. You are responsible for verifying information before buying, selling, insuring, or exchanging cards.
7. Trades between users
Trade tools only help users compare selected cards and indicative values or share a trade session. AristiDevs and GrandFolio are not a party, broker, marketplace, payment provider, escrow service, guarantor, or arbitrator for any exchange between users.
Users are solely responsible for verifying identity, authority, card authenticity and condition, value, payment, delivery, taxes, and legal compliance. We do not guarantee that another person will complete a trade or resolve disputes between users.
8. Intellectual property and unofficial status
GrandFolio's software, design, branding, original text, and service databases are owned by AristiDevs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
One Piece, One Piece Card Game, related names, characters, artwork, card images, and other materials belong to their respective owners, including Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha, Toei Animation, and Bandai. Card names and images are used only to identify and provide information about physical cards. GrandFolio is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those owners.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, scrape, or create a competing database from app content except where permission has been granted or applicable law expressly allows it.
9. Acceptable use
You must use GrandFolio lawfully and must not interfere with the service or the rights of others.
- Do not scrape, crawl, automate bulk requests, extract datasets, bypass rate limits, or overload the service.
- Do not reverse engineer, circumvent security or paid access, probe vulnerabilities, or access another person's account, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent or misleading information, manipulate shared trades, harass users, or use the service for unlawful transactions.
- Do not upload malicious code, abuse notifications, resell access, or use GrandFolio in a way that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
10. Suspension, termination, and deletion
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate a material breach, fraud, security risk, abuse, non-payment, or a legal requirement. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach. Where appropriate and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
You may stop using GrandFolio at any time and request account deletion. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—continue to apply. Store subscription cancellation remains separate.
11. Third-party services
GrandFolio relies on or links to services operated by Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, Firebase, Vercel, Cardmarket, and TCGplayer. Their availability and their processing of your direct interactions are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the obligations that applicable law places on us.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrandFolio is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free data, universal device compatibility, or that local information can be recovered after device loss, app deletion, or a failed backup. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, AristiDevs is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, lost profits, lost collection value, decisions based on market estimates, user-to-user disputes, third-party outages, or loss of local data that you did not synchronize or back up. We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that law does not allow us to limit.
13. Changes, governing law, and disputes
We may update these terms when the service, subscription, providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the new date and, where appropriate, provide advance notice of material changes. If the law requires consent, the change will not apply until consent is obtained. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date means acceptance; you may stop using the service and cancel future renewals if you disagree.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the courts available in your country of residence. For disputes not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, the competent courts in Spain will have jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.

These terms, the Privacy Policy, the purchase information shown by the applicable store, and any mandatory store license terms form the agreement governing your use of GrandFolio. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
